About Catalynx

Catalynx was born out of a simple but powerful understanding: technology alone isn’t enough. Left unchecked, it often becomes a costly distraction.

Over the last six years at LynxIQ, we worked side by side with startups, tech companies, and AI pioneers. Again and again, we saw the same need: tools and platforms mattered, but what created momentum was the ability to connect technology back to a purpose and a story that demonstrated the “why.”

That’s why we created Catalynx. We are not just technologists; we are translators of vision into practice.

We know that everything is people. Technology only works when it empowers a workforce, builds confidence, and makes their work more meaningful. From there, it’s about purpose. Organizations are constantly pulled toward the next tool, methodology, or shiny object. We help teams stay focused on what matters by aligning to the outcomes they’re trying to achieve while keeping technology in the background where it belongs. Tools, processes, and AI should be invisible enablers — not the story itself.

And finally, sustainability. We don’t believe in quick fixes that require rework tomorrow. That is waste. We design and create solutions that deliver immediate wins while laying the foundation for long-term growth. We take the time to understand the problem, so the solutions we build last. As Albert Einstein once said: “If I had an hour to solve a problem, I’d spend 55 minutes defining it and 5 minutes solving it.”

Catalynx exists to connect people, purpose, and technology in a way that creates lasting value. We put creativity and human stories at the center of informatics and AI systems, turning complexity into clarity and innovation into impact.

Whether it’s helping a startup bring its idea to life or guiding an established team through AI adoption, we build solutions that resonate, inspire, and last. Catalynx was formed out of a shared drive to solve problems with integrity and purpose. What unites us is the belief that every puzzle has an answer — and that the way we approach the work matters as much as the outcome.

Our team

We believe the difference between good solutions and lasting ones comes down to people. Tools and technology can accelerate progress, but it’s the curiosity, creativity, and care of the individuals behind them that drive real change.

Our team brings experience across analytics, storytelling, health systems, digital strategy, and product design — united by a commitment to making technology serve people, not the other way around.

If you spend five minutes with Eileen, you’ll see why people trust her to lead big, complex projects. She has a rare mix of sharp strategic thinking and genuine care for the people behind the systems. She’s led the redesign of major enterprise platforms at companies like Steelcase and Travelers, but what really stands out is how she makes complicated things feel simple and human.

Eileen’s also an entrepreneur at heart. She founded her own boutique agency, where she guided digital strategy and design for clients like ESPN and Beazley Insurance, and she’s carried that same energy into every role since — balancing creativity with execution, and vision with results.

As President of CT UXPA, she created a space where designers, business leaders, and policymakers could come together around the value of human-centered design. She’s just as comfortable mentoring a young designer as she is helping a startup founder shape an idea or steering a multi-million-dollar system transformation. At her core, Eileen believes technology should empower people, not overwhelm them — and she’s built her career turning that belief into reality.
